Rice noodles

Rice noodles are made with rice flour, also known as thin rice noodle. It is the same noodle in Pud Thai and Vietnamese Pho.


Egg noodles

Wonton noodle is fresh egg noodle. This
noodle is normally cooked and served with meat dumplings (known as “Wonton”), marinated barbecued pork and vegetable. Try this noodle deep fried in our Chow Mein.


Wide noodle

Wide noodle is also made from rice flour
same as the thin rice noodle, but it is thicker
and softer. We use wide rice noodle to make
our Pad si ew, Pad kee mao, and Lard na.


Clear noodles

Made from mung bean flour, these semitran-slucent noodles turn clear when cooked, and
often are called cellophane noodles bean thread, or glass noodles. We use this noodle in our
Garden Spring Rolls
. Also try our this noodle in
our Paradise Nooldes.

 

Vermicelli

(Italian, literally, 'little worms') is a type of pasta, round in section and somewhat thinner than spaghetti. The color is white.
Our Vietnamese Hand Rolls and Noodle Explosion use this kind of noodle


Chinese noodle (kanom jeen)

That's what we called our Thai spagetthi-like noodle because it's from China. It's also made from rice flour. It is round in shape and stickier than regular thin rice noodle. Good with curry.

Udon

Udon is a type of Japanese thick wheat-based noodle. Udon is noodles made from wheat flour, salt, and water. Usually, udon noodle is thicker and firmer than ramen or soba and light yellow in color.
Of course, we have this noodle in our Udon Noodle Soup and Udon Tom Yum Soup.

 

Ramen

Most ramen noodle are made from four basic ingredients: wheat flour, salt, water and egg. Ramen noodles may come in any shape and length. They may be fat, thin, or even ribbon-like, as well as straight or wrinkled. Ours version of ramen is similiar to Fettuccini pasta. Try our
